Bd Internet Security 2011 Don't Want To Accept License Key

I buy Bd Internet security 2011 via local saler.

They have only one left in shop, so I buy it.

I have asked them will it work in 2012 they answered me yes it will.

When I enter a license key it said:

we were not able to validate the license key you entered.

I read some FAQ from your forum.

Suggestion was to uninstall Bitdefender with www.bitdefender.com/uninstall.

I downloaded it and run.

Once again I install 2011 BD IS, I haven't accept offered instalation of 2012.

Same answer, don't accept license key.

How can I check validity of my license key?

in the meantime I have managed problem.

Once again I repeated the whole procedure.

First I used the program from your site www.bitdefender.com/uninstall,

restart computer. Then I started the installation from CD for Bd Inter. Sec. 2011.

when I was offered for update, I refused it and continue instalation from CD.

When I was asked for license key, I entered it and passed.
