On Access Scanning And Scan All Files Disabled

Hi,


Just bough bitdefender 2012 earlier but after installation I cannot enable on-access scanning and scan all files is disabled. I tried to enable thru the settings but to no avail. Check the screenshot below:

Any support that can answer me? I can give the support tool log link to you.
