Please help! I just installed bitdefender last night and it is detecting a trojan (generic 6936374) but will not remove it. After running the scan I get the message that I don't have the admin rights to remove infected file, but to restart computer to finish cleaning. I have restarted multiple times and the virus is still present. I cannot access the internet from the infected computer. How do I proceed without internet?
