2013 Total Security
Parental controls dont seem to be working right. Does all the users need to have admin rights for this to work or can i set some users with full access and some with parental controls.

All the settings are made from My Bitdefender, so basically it doesn't have nothing in common with the local accounts. All you need is the password for your online account.
From there you add the device and the account of the child from Windows.
When opening the first time that section, you have a small how to use guide.
