Hi.

I will describe my problem.

1. I have 2 partitions, one with windows 7 and another one with windows 8.

2. I got this virus in windows 7.

3. The virus wont let me do anything, not Ctrl+alt+del. not anything.

4. So I restarted on windows 8 and I bought bitdefender 2013 total security

5. I ran full scan on windows 8, it found some threats, it said the system is not clean, to clean it I had to restart in rescue mode.

6. In rescue mode, there is a GREEN DOS menu, very small font by the way, I coulod not read, anyway, it had 2 options, I tried both options and it said File not found, So it was not able to restart in rescue mode.

7. I restarted on windows 7, and the problem is not solved.

8. On windows 8, I have no problem, I am running the scan again yet, 13 hours to complete.

I wonder if there is a way to run a USB boot from bitdefender with the latest definitions so it cleans my windows 7 installlation.
