Dns Changer Removal Tool

I am running Windows XP, SP3. I downloaded BDDnsChangerDetector.zip, extracted the contents to a directory and ran BDDnsChangerDetector.exe. When I hit the Scan button I got the message "An error occurred. Please check the log." I checked the log file and here's what was in it:

I have the current BitDefender Antivirus. I ran a complete system scan with no detections. Is there anything else I need to do to run the DNS changer?

If you have Bitdefender Antivirus installed, there no need to run that tool. Your system is protected.
