Hello
You can delete your account, just create a new one on this page:
After the confirmation of the account(you will receive an email with a link), you can use the new one in our products.
If you have any licenses in the old account and the auto auto-renewal option active, please send me a PM with the old account so we can make the changes in the system.
Thank you!0 -

Doing this does not delete the original Bitdefender account. My original email address is still tied to it and I assume always will be. I had to use a different email address. Also, it shows that I have no device related to either account now. Safego hasn't worked for a month. I can't access any remote settings through MyBitdefender.
I finally did some research on Safego and have found that many people have had problems with it for quite some time. Even worse is that no one from Bitdefender has shown any courtesy by responding here. -> http://www.facebook.com/bitdefender.safego
Have a look at how many people have brought this to the attention of BD. There are some serious customer service failures here. Why do you even have a Safego page if no one is going to monitor it and provide feedback? If MyBitdefender is down and Safego is down, Bitdefender should at least acknowledge it and let people know that you are working on it. It's a matter of customer courtesy and confidence in the product they use.0 -
Hello
We can manually disable all the automatic renewal features from the old account and you can start using the new one. Just send me a PM with the old account.
Regarding Safego, please check my answer from here:
