Trojan.sirefef.fy

I'm using Bitdefender antivirus pro 2011 at the moment. Now my computer has been infected by Trojan.Sirefef.FY and my antivirus can't disinfected. An alarming dialogue box comes up again and again but still can't kill the trojan. Could anyone please tell me how to disinfect this kind of trojan?? I have searched for removal tools in bitdefender removal tools page but i can't find anything. and I don't trust other website. plz help me.

Thank u all for ur support. first of all, i'd like to talk about my experience with Trojan.sirefef.fy. I've tried the removal tools but it didn't work out. I have to do manual removal as advice by bitdefender support team. now I've got rid of this trojan. but another problem comes up. my windows firewall doesn't work somehow after this event. and the present installed 2013plus doesn't have firewall. i'm in trouble again. plz give me some advice. thz u. the following is the way i remove the trojan.sirefef.fy.

there is another problem. last night i ran a system and the following pop up.

the next picture is the log. the antivirus asked me to run the rescue mode so i did and i found nothing in rescue mode. after that, i opened my window again and run custom scan and the same problem happened again. hu..... :huh:

I can't restore window firewall to default even after using the microsoft fix it tool. I will show u 3 screen captures. the first one is the screen capture after using fix it tool. the second one is the screen capture after opening firewall. the third one is the screen capture of the warning of tuneUp Utilities.

Please download one of the following versions and scan your PC:

32 bit:

If you want to download them, please press the green button under the file name.

[How to check if your computer is a 32bits or 64bits]

Please right click on the icon MY COMPUTER / COMPUTER located on your desktop and go to PROPERTIES. There, under system information and computer

information you will see a notification about your computer being a 64bits. If none (nor one about 32bits ) then your computer is a 32bits one.

Note:

- if using Vista or 7 you will see if your computer is either 32bits or 64bits.

- if using XP you will only see it mentioned ONLY if your computer is a 64bits.

After the first reboot, update Bitdefender and run a full system scan. Let me know if everything is OK after.
