I contacted bit defender support 24 hours ago about Trojan infections on my computers. I submitted the info and was told they should have a solution in 24-48 hours. 24 hours later I get an automated email that I should get a response from them in 48 hours.
So they just added 24 hours on the expected response time. GGGRRRR
Meanwhile I am infected with Trojan.generic.7552386 and many variants of Trojan.sirefef, that bit defender and it’s tools will not remove
