Rescue Mode

My computer will boot to rescue mode but it hangs at what I believe is selecting my monitor resolution. The font is almost too small to read.

From what I could read, 'file not found error code 15'.

I have repaired BD, I have reinstalled BD, I have removed programs that I think may conflict with BD.

Glad to see that it will not work when I need it.

My patience is running out with BD 2013 and the poor, at times nonexistent, technical support.
