My bitdefender total security 2013 detected the following items but ignored them. Under the Action Taken column, "No further action is possible" was written for all four detected items. Below is a list of the four items.

C:\Windows\Temp\~IXED21.tmp

C:\Windows\Temp\~IXED22.tmp

C:\Windows\Temp\~IXED23.tmp

C:\Windows\Temp\~FXED24.tmp

Why can't bitdefender remove these threats. And what can I do to get rid of these threats?

Download and install the software and then run it to clean your computer's registry and temporary files:

Once the cleaning is complete it's recommended to restart your computer.

If you have a registry cleaner already installed, you can use that one.

After this, please reboot your PC and rerun that scan. Let me know if you still get those file flagged.
