No 2gb Free?
Man.. I was the guy who purchased BDAV 2012 from you guys about 6 months ago and couldn't install it on my XP OS. Remember me? We went round and round for weeks and in the end.. I got no resolvement to the issue and gave up on you guys. I really don't know WHY I keep coming back to your products.. must be the "stunning" reviews <sarcasm>.
Anyway.. I just decided to try a trial of BD Total Security 2013 on my newly installed W7 OS and it's running fine.. but I went to access the old account to activate Safebox thinking that at the LEAST I would have 2GB and all it shows is 256Mb! Any idea what's up with that?
As always.. thank you for your time and attention.. but please don't ask me to run any "diagnostic" utilities.. as it didn't help the last time.
BTW.. I DID download the 3 meg Safebox standalone install and it wouldn't, because it told me I already had Total Security installed and it was included.

I have forwarded this request to our Safebox Team and I will get back to you with an answer soon.

Hello
I can see in your account that you only have a trial license for Total Security and you have a license fro Bitdefender Antivirus.
If you want to have those 2 GB of data for Safebox, you will have to register that product with a valid license key for Total Security or install Bitdefender Antivirus + Safebox standalone.
