Cannot Enable On Access Scanning On Bitdefender 2012 Plus

Hi support team

My name Diem , My bitdefender 2012 program have error : it can not enable on access scanning option although I re-install program . Program still show a issue to fix . This issue is "On access scanning " . Please help me to fix it

Welcome to the forum Diem

While you wait for a response from Technical Support maybe you can a few things do it now:

1). go to control panel< choose uninstal< when is finished, chose restart

2). http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstal <use uninstal tool for previous versions <run as administrator <restart

3). http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER <download a free version of CCleaner <cose clean <after that cose clean registry (only for bitdefender)<restart

4). at the end you may try to reinstall your bitdefender.

Why do you try installing latest version of Bitdefender (Bitdefender 2013), which may be solved your problem.
