I notice after a scan It says in the results 14,485 files couldn't be scanned because they are password protected...scan the files individually...I don't know what they are and no way
i can do that many..any suggestions?

Yes, you can ignore the password protected items from the scan logs. Those files are not infected and since all developers pack the kits with a password, all the entries from the scan logs are most likely from the folder where you keep programs.
