Thirteen days and counting. I first reported this infection on Tuesday, July 24th. On Wednesday, July 25th, I received an email with a link to a tool to fix. Tool would not intialize. Continued to reach out to Bitdefender, on Sunday, July 29th, received 2nd email with link to tool to fix. That would not initialize. Since then, I have been "escalated to a higher level", but have not heard one thing back from Bitdefender. I have now been running my computer in Safe mode with networking for almost two weeks, and when I go onto the internet, the virus starts diverting me to web pages with advertising. Not sure what the three viruses combined are doing to my computer, but two weeks is a long time to be waiting for "customer support".
