I have upgraded, downloaded and installed your new bit defender internet security 2013 and performed a full scan of my computer to discover that 61 items are infected with these viruses:
gen:variant.Symmi.439
Gen:variant.Zusy.15646
Gen: variant.Zusy.15724
Trojanb.Generic.KD.692035
What scares me is that after doing yet another thorough scan through your rescue mode and reboot, these 61 items are still on my computer and worst still they have been ignored, not even deleted or quarantined. What's the point of having your software if it cannot perform simple task as quarantining viruses.
Since then I have spent hours on the net trying to send you request to help, chat unanswered and support email to no avail. Each email goes into a loop that I have to send via your support site which doesn't recognize my license key. so I have no way of contacting you for help. You chat in inaccessible.
I really need help here. My computer is my main tool of work. and this is an urgent matter.
