Mybitdefender Login Problems

Hi.


Am I the only one that can't seem to login to MyBD from BitDefender Internet Security 2013?


When I login using an email I get the 'An unexpected problem has occurred" error and when I use google/facebook I get the "connection timed out" error....


Is there a fix that I maybe missed on these forums or anything that I could do?

    No I don't use a mobile or a wireless connection. However yes, I am behind my modem's firewall (Thomson ST546)

    I just disabled the modem's firewall and it still wouldn't connect...


    Any ideas? :]
