Hi All,

I Have These Issues With Bitdefender ,Hope Someone Help me

1-when i block a web site the operation done and the site really blocked but this msg in the following picture does not appear

2-in cloud control when i chooes a task the blue circles spin forever as in the following picture

3-when i join a new pc to cloud control the web monitor report does not generate as in the following picture but its work properly on the rest pcs

4-the following toolbar or adon not appears for me

Hello.

You can do a repair of product, or a fresh reinstall after uninstall with the tool posted HERE.

You will find the kits for reinstallation in my signature.

i tried uninstalling,reinstalling bd

but same problems still exist

I don't think it's a problem of reinstalling. MyBitdefender seems to have some problems (e.g. I think it does not reset itself when you log out, so that you always get nice spinning blue circles forever).

I hope that the technical stuff will have a look into it and solve it.
