Mybitdefender Service Problem

Hi,


It's a common issue,


Cant configure MyBitdefender Service in:


Bitdefender Total Security 2013,


Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 &


Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2013.


1.When I am trying to login using an Email Id ad Password, I get the Message:


"MyBitdefender error


Bitdefender Services are not responding.Please


restart your system and try again to activate the product."


But there is no change after the system restart


2.When I am trying to login using Google/Facebook account, I get the Message:


"MyBitdefender error


Yourinternet connection has timed outcausing the


authentication to fail.Please submit your account


information again."


But after that it shows:


"You are logged in as:


******@gmail.com"


But again Mybitdefender configure window appears,


when I try to access MyBitdefender Service.


Problem is not solved in any Updates of these products till 12-08-2012 .


Please solve this problem very fast...
