Rescue Mode With Raid Arrays
I'm not sure how linux works with RAID arrays, although I'm pretty sure it works with Ubuntu.
...Anyways I have a RAID-0 array which Rescue Mode won't detect. BD is installed in this array, and when I start up Rescue Mode BD tries to download itself onto my Data Drive within a few minutes the "update" fails and I get some error code.
If I try to update again it says it cannot connect to the (server or) specified address.
Is there any way to get Rescue Mode to work with my RAID 0 array?
Thanks

By the way I have a wired connection. Sorry for the double post, couldn't figure out how to edit again.
Also I'm curious why a DOS mode scan option wasn't made? It seems to me like it would work for a greater variety of hardware setups.0 -
Hello
Welcome to the forums!
As I posted here, http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?sho...st&p=153437, Rescue Mode doesn't have Raid drivers implemented, but we are working to implement them in a future update.

Could you let me know if or when BD receives the RAID driver(s) update for Rescue Mode please (I haven't checked recently). I really need to run it on this computer as it is used by the whole family and there's some Malaware that is getting past the windows scan . Thanks.0 -
Hello
My colleagues are considering to change the Linux Distro that was used for Rescue Mode and the new one should support RAID, wireless network cards, etc.
Thank you in advanced for understanding.
