Hello, first time on the forum... I went to the link you suggested but sadly... way too complicated for my little brain loll I have the same problem, would you have a simpler solution?

All the issues should be solved by using the new uninstall tool posted here http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35804 and a fresh installation using these instructions: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?act...f=312&id=53
