Anti Theft Issue

Hello,


I am having trouble linking my laptop to the anti theft option, i do not know why it is not detecting my laptop...


Help would really be appreciated. Thank you...

    I have the same problem. Cannot activate anti-theft. Tried on 2 laptops - one 32 bit Win8 another 64bit Win8. Downloaded Anti-Theft, installed, got message "The Anti-Theft service is available in Bitdefender Total Security". But on "My Bitdefender" site icon is grey and when clicked whole story begins again. Any advice.
