I have the same problem. Cannot activate anti-theft. Tried on 2 laptops - one 32 bit Win8 another 64bit Win8. Downloaded Anti-Theft, installed, got message "The Anti-Theft service is available in Bitdefender Total Security". But on "My Bitdefender" site icon is grey and when clicked whole story begins again. Any advice.
