Mybitdefender Login Problem
Hello, i need help!
After installing Interner Bitdefender Security 2013, I can no longer log into my account using the software module.
I can only log in my account using the site!
The following error appears (in Portuguese):
"Ocorreu um erro inesperado durante a realização desta operação"
"An unexpected error occurred during this operation"

I am also experiencing the same problem when trying to log in with Bitdefender Total Security 2013, getting into the My Bitdefender site is no problem. Trying to login through the program though tells me this error.0 -

Im also getting the same error, Put my serial no in and it does nothing and when I try to login to the my bitdefender it says an unexpected error..

Same problem here. One license for 3 pc. On te first eveything went fine, on the second I faced this issue.

Hello and welcome to the Bitdefender forum!
A product update was recently released. Your build should be 16.27.0.1763(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
