I keep scanning my computer and each time the viruses delete and then i scan again and they show up again.

As I mentioned here, on some systems the Ignored items are tagged as Unresolved and displayed at the end of the scan like in this situation:

That workaround should temporary solve the issue.
The current situation was reported and it will be fixed in the next product update.
