Hi,


A great improvement on my earlier 2010 version. I installed 2013 BDIS and it ran an initial scan. BDIS then found 40 items it could not deal with and asked me to restart the PC in Rescue Mode. After this BDIS came up with a Linux looking menu that I had no idea what to do with.


Could somone write a walk-through on Rescue Mode and what to do and select for a scan. I did what I thought was OK but have no way of knowing if the 40 items were dealt with.


I am also having issues with pop-up windows inside registered programs, BDIS, Outlook Express etc., closing automatically as I pass the mouse pointer over them to click on a menu button?

    You nothing needs to selecting, let it perform a full scan from the Rescue Mode.

    Hello,


    Rescue Mode is basically an independent operating system that can be used to remove malware without a physical CD in the unit.


    Could you please post here the scan log so I can take a look?
