Unexpected Error And 30 Day Trial?

I too am having the 'unexpected error has occurred' message. Laptop with no previous install worked fine but my main desktop had a trial version of BD 2011 on it.. When l.ogging in I get the 'unexpected error' message and when entering my activation key I get a 30 day trial.
