Hello forum people...I joined this site because I have no idea what to do about this virus I've picked up from pirating games. I'm extremely reckless when it comes to this kind of stuff but I've never gotten a virus, so I guess I'm just lucky. I have a trial version of McAffee and AVG installed and have run a scan through McAffee but it detected nothing. I hear these audio ads on and off through my speakers even if I'm not running firefox. I disconnect from the internet when I want to listen to music and then I have no problems. I am using windows 7 and I've had this problem for at least a week I'd say (I'm always slow to want to take action on this stuff if I can get around it without much trouble...) and now it's getting really really annoying. Could anybody help me with this? I know next to nothing about computers and will need to be walked through the process very slowly, if anyone is willing to do that...any help would be incredibly, incredibly appreciated!
