Antivirus Logging File Path

I want to talk with java or ruby to antivirus log.

Here is the thing:

user opens the browser and antivirus detects virus, I want to know exactly the source code from opened page and url and what kind of virus or malware was detected and I assume this can be logged and then I can read that file with java or any other programming language.

Can someone suggest something or something like this?
