Can 'anyone' At Bitdefender Answer A Question Please

In mid-September Christian informed me that I could have a problem with my Win 7 Pro 64bit 'explorer.exe" file...something may have attached to it. A few days later I got the same warning on 'iexplorer.exe' !!

Support (Christian) told me to download a file from http://www.mediafire.com and send on the results...unfortunately...the file from mediafire.com will not run on my 64 bit system...runs fine on Win 7 Pro 32 bit and XP Pro SP3 without issues...will not execute on the Win 7 Pro 64bit problem machine


On 10/7 I reported the failure of the 'dump file' to run on a 64bit system...and still am waiting for a reply ?? Cruising along with a PC that 'might have something attached to a key file' according to Christian makes me very uncomfortable ...with all the machines on my home network


Doesn't seem right that a company's antivrus program possibly found a major problem/infection but for 10 days does not respond to a loyal customers requests to help get the PC's suspected files to support for evaluation !

Is the a 64bit version of tool.rar at mediafire or anywhere and if not...what do I do at this end !!
