Certificates Scanning - Invalid Ceritifcates
After 9 months of 2012 and 2013, suddenly almost every web site I visited with Firefox 16 returned an invalid certificate warning. IE9 did not have that problem and worked as expected. Each Firefox site exception resulted in a Bitdefender CA applied. From an old forum entry I turned off SSL scanning that made things work fine.
Question - how to I get back to a working Bitdefender and Firefox without the false certificate warnings for virtually every site, and enable SSL scanning as I had for a long time?

Hello
A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
Changelog:

Let me know if the situation is solved.

Hello,
we are experiencing exactly the same problem on different windows versions and with different browsers. Only deactivating "SSL scanning" in Privacy options of bitdefender fixes this issue.
We have updated our versions to the latest release 16.23.0.1637 and we have still the same problem.

Okay... we now have found out the solution for our problem.
The root- and intermediate-certificates for our ssl-encrypted domains were not installed correctly. You should check that if you have the same problem.
