Undetected Phishing Site

I don't know how to describe this site in terms of threat but

I think its a phishing type of site since it is used to steal facebook username and passwords i.e fake facebook login page

So please examine this site and block if its a phishing site because i googled this sites name and got many blogs posted on it.

I reported it here because I cannot risk trying my username and password to see if this trick works.

Thank you Christian for reporting it to the BitDefender Labs. Today I tried to visit this site again https://m.facebook.com/upload.php?email&_rdr and it wasn't blocked. So is this site clean or can it still hack the username and passwords of Facebook users. I know its not a malware site so I would like to know about it and what type of threat it can be.
