Should This Be In The False Postives?

I'm scanning a file and getting a hit for: Trojan.Heur.LP.!y4aaSDApQai

However, after doing some research I've found that the (Trojan.Heur.LP) is usually a false positive. So, before I go installing this program I wanted to make sure I wasn't about to do something stupid.

Christian, wouldn't that require installing it onto my computer than? That's what I'm trying to avoid doing if it does happen to be a positive threat. Attached is the file I'm speaking of as it sits in on my computer at the moment. If this is any help at all.
