Mac Anti-virus

Hello,

I have just purchased the latest mac version and the updating is stuck on

en-mac-1/bdcoreissues

Has anyone else had these issues? I have contacted the support, but just wondered if someone from the forums might have an idea? I am running 10.8.2

I was able to install it. I had to re-load os x to get it to install but its fine now.
