I tried both Raxco and Zemana's key logger simulation and my BD anti virus + 2013 didn't catch or block it..help please.?

It also means that AVC and IDS failed to detect its malicious and hidden background services running. HIPS technology may be able to detect this. AVC has not strong behavioral scanning of applications unlike others.
And processes also.
The files are digitally signed by that company. No malware has a valid digital signature.
The situation was submitted to the lab. For now we won't create definitions for those test files.

Ok, don't create definitions for them, rather to improve Behavioral detection for them as in this case Bitdefender's AVC and IDS failed to detect its malicious and hidden background services and processes running.
