I had to run combofix to remove these infections.

I think someone has hacked into my computer and shutdown bitdefender and installed infected bitdefender files.

anyways a packet sniffer is not good to be found on my system.

now should I download and install bitdefender again, because after using combofix, bitdefender is blocking my dns and internet not working.

where do i redownload the bitdefender exe from?

i installed new version.

problem is i had 2012, which i upgraded to 2013 few months back.

now when i log in into my account, i am not able to register it with my old paid account.

how do i reactivate it?

its showing two versions now, 2012 and 2013
