I cannot access the Parental control page in mybitdefender. Tried IE9, IE10, Chrome and Firefox. iPad either ... always keeps on loading! Maybe 1 time in every 50 tries gives me the dashboard but not possible to switch to second child's page.

Please help, because like this it's of no use to me.

I have the same result - I can access my.bitdefender but when I go to parental control link, it takes 10 to 20 minutes to load the dashboard. From dashboard I can quickly get to web or application log detail, but when I return to the dashboard tab the loading indicator again spins for 10 to 20 min.

Win 7 x64

IE 9.0.8112.16421 update version 9.0.12 or Firefox 15.0.1

BitDefender Internet Security 2013 fully updated.

Tested from multiple computers with same configuration.

Network speed test <20ms ping >30Mb down >5Mb up
