Events Not Shown In Events View

BitDefender Antivirus Plus 2013 - Build 16.25.0.1710

Windows Vista Home Basic SP2

Whenever I try to open the "events" tab of my Bitdefender, it shows just this empty screen. I know that there should be some events because there have been alerts about a virus being detected, etc. but nothing is shown here.

I attached a picture of my empty events view to this post. Maybe you can look into it and find out why there are no events showing.

Your problem reminded me of the good old time when most users of Bitdefender suffered from this problem !

But this is the first time I see a completely blank Evants window.

But now your problem already solved.

Try a few restarts, if it does not help, I suggest a clean re-install, I think that is a better solution than repair.

Restarts and repair did not help. In the end I did a clean re-install and the view seems to be back for now.

But clearly the problem is still not fixed if it requires a re-install to get it working again.

Hi dominos,

This missing panels issue usually appears if you used an old installation kit. Repairing does not always work for this, as it will keep the same old kit as reference, although you have the latest build version. Reinstalling with the latest kit available for download should fix it.
