My Bitdefender quick launch icon says there is 1 problem to solve-, the interface also says this mentioning the autoscan is de-activated, but looking on the same screen I see it is on "ON"
Is there something wrong here ?

This is most likely just a display issue.
If you are still facing it, I would recommend to make sure there are no other security solutions on the system, and then to perform a clean reinstall. Make sure to run the Bitdefender uninstall tool first:
