Trojan Horse Psw,generic10.akef

Hi,

over the last 2 days AVG keeps throwing up this Trojan horse that's found in here: E:/Program Files (x86)\Bitdefender\Bitdefender2013\bdsandboxuiskin32.dll. AVG does the usual will remove after reboot and then it pops again once computer has rebooted. Anyone else had this and is this a false positive?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

As you may know, it is highly recommended that you not run two anti-malware products on the same computer.

No testing or care is taken to ensure that such situations or crashes not occur.

That being said, you should contact their support department and bring the problem to their attention.

The involved product may also have an exception mechanism exposed for the user to ignore this detection or file, and you might be able to use that.
