I just ran a scan with Bitdefender on my laptop and this threat showed up in the scan results. Bitdefender deleted it. Should I be worried? What is this threat?

Bitdefender deleted it in the scan. I have a funny feeling that the 'infected' file was to do with Webroot Antivirus. I don't have it installed on my laptop anymore. The only virus protection I have at the moment is Bitdefender. I've scanned my laptop since it deleted the file and nothing showed in the results.
