Hi. My name is Vanessa & i am new to bitdefender and its forums. I'm having a problem. I scan for vulnerabilities and it says i have important critical updates to install and when i do they fail? I do not understand and its not exactly telling me what i can do about it. Can anyone help?

You let try install them by "Windows Update". I'm still using Bitdefender Windows 8 Security and I install them normally. If you still can't install, I think your OS have problem or you can search "the error code" through internet to solve problem.
