Bitdefender Plus 2013 Email Activation Problem

i have received an email message to activate i have clicked on the link and my bitdefender account is logged in and working but on the Bitdefender GUI it says that my account is not activated. Can someone please help me out?

That's interesting. Can you make sure also that you your internet is stable and not intermittent? The connection might be cut off when your trying to launch it.
