Help Activating Account

Hello, I'm pretty new to bitdefender and I wanted to try the 30 day trail.

However I would like to activate my account.

I created and account with bitdefender and received the activation email but that doesn't work.

The link in the email redirected me to "my bitdefender" main page and when I click "account settings" on bitdefender it just comes up with;

"your account is pending activation. Please check your email and click the activation link."

Already did this and it's still not telling me my account is activated.

Any help?

Thank you for your reply. When using the activation link given, it directs me to "my Bitdefender" page which is already logged in as myself.

As for bitdefender, it actually says "Logged in as x" however it still says pending activation
