Bitdefender Wipes Internet Explorer 9's Homepage

Most likely this question has been asked but I just purchased bitdefender antivirus plus 2013 today and it seems its effecting IE 9's homepage. I downloaded "SetHomePageIEforVista7.exe"...used it but still when I open IE9 hxxp://www.msn.com/ is now "about blank". Is there a fix for this?

It seemed to reset IE9 homepage whenever it detects and clean a virus. It also has an effect with folder options hidden folder and files setting.

What AlphaBetaEcho said. Seems like when it cleans something, it sets IE's homepage to blank and hides hidden files and folders, and you need to reboot before setting them back (and make sure it won't detect something again then). Very annoying. Do fix it.
