I would like to report that a file that I submitted to Bitdefender yesterday:

Is now being detected by Bitdefender on VirusTotal (I checked a few minutes ago):

But Bitdefender Antivirus Free shows the file as clean when I scan it:

Infected items detected: 0
Files known to be clean: 1

No infected items have been found.
Is the file really clean or malicious, either way, why is Bitdefender Antivirus Free's detection different from Bitdefender on VirusTotal?
