Anti-Theft can't locate either my desktop or laptop. At My Bitdefender it says: "Could not locate device."

The other day while I was on my desktop computer, I checked anti-Theft and it said I was in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. I quickly ran to the window and to my relief, I was still on land at home.
