How To Remove Antitheft Safe Lock Pin/password

When I lock the device from AntiTheft e.g my Laptop, and when I restart my system, Bitdefender Safe Lock prompts for password/PIN. But there is no option to remove PIN lock from the AntiTheft and also not from the Main Interface.

So how do I remove the AntiTheft password/PIN lock?

It takes two months to get hear that there is no way to remove the PIN. Thanks for this kind information.

Can you tell me where the password is stored in the system or any where else? I think it is stored in the system locally.

You being from tech support should be able to help me. I have locked my laptop and I have even tried to key in the PIN using an additional USB password. I just see the LEDs flashing on the keyboard.

Any ideas?
