despite the purchase and install of windows 8 IS on one rig and 2013 AV on another, my account is empty. It does not worry me much, but just in case...

    Hi potjevleesch,


    In your account I can see only the key you have purchased last year from Editions Profil (Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2012).


    If you have already registered your Bitdefender 2013 programs with other license keys, then all you need to do is the following (on each PC):


    - bring up the interface of the installed Bitdefender program


    - click on "MyBitdefender" link > "Account settings"


    - in the new window select "Login with another account"


    - enter again your account credentials > click on ''Login to MyBitdefender"


    - restart the PC and login to https://my.bitdefender.com to see your devices and the Bitdefender license keys.
