Device Cannot Sign-in To Bd Servers After Buying Premium

Hi,


Today i bought the premium licence and made a bitdefender account.


Since then i get te sign-in error


When i try to sign-in i get te message:


the server encountered a problem while processing your request.


Please try again later.


This is since this morning after activating my BD Mobile Security Premium.


Please advise,

    Please try the following.


    Clear data for the app and afterwards login with your account.


    Could you also please forward me the email address from which you made the purchase and your My Bitdefender account to dmanolache@bitdefender.com so I can check that to see the purchase registered with our servers.

    I still cant sign in to the servers which renders this premium application useless.


    After the first reply i got msg that there some cloud services affected in some regions across Europe.


    When will this be fixed........ :wacko:<img class=" />

    Yes indeed, the problem I had is solved, maybe another e-mail to support. The support in this section of the forum is not great. Hope for you guys it wil work soon, good luck!! Just, had a quick brain wave .... in google play is a new version with release date 06 april 2013, I first updated to this version before I logged in.... remember... don't shoot the messenger if this is not working ;-)

    Okay, a little update, today a bought a new license for my fifth Android device (my wife her phone, so I can locate her ;) ), and had the same problem as a few days ago. Sent a e-mail to support again...

    Problem solved! I saw the update and tried to use the App and it worked! And I didn't even know about this quote.
