I have recently purchased Bitdefender Total Security 2013 and im facing problem with the registration of the product. After typing the license key it says "We are not able to validate the license key you entered."


Please help me fix this probelm.

    I think you are using a wrong installation kit. Please use this specific download link for installing your product:

    @ john68: Thank you for trying to help, but the registration issue reported by Vipin Nair is not a connectivity one.


    I found his tickets submitted to us (Ticket ID: 201304011006462, Ticket ID: 201304011004979, Ticket ID: 201303311007865). They all had integrated support tool logs, where I could see that he installed Bitdefender Total Security 2013 with the USA kit, while his license key is valid for a different Bitdefender kit - the one posted above.


    Now, referring to your ticket ID 201304021015338: my colleague is right, as we hold different registration servers for Android devices.


    @ Vipin Nair: Please do not hesitate to post back if you need more help with your Bitdefender product.
